Shipping

Please click here for the COVID-19 shipping situation.

We offer several different shipping options, depending on your location. Our products are dispatched from the sunny tropical island of Singapore (*except for US and Canada orders, see below). Packages are shipped every Monday, but during high volume periods (such as during a deck launch) we will ship every couple of days.

Air Mail (no tracking)
This is our most affordable option, and will take 8-12 working days (approximately 2 weeks) to reach you. The package will be delivered to your mail box. This option does not come with tracking. If you wish to add tracking, please opt for the choice below.

Certain countries have stricter customs and may take longer than expected (up to 60 days):

Italy, Chile, Germany, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, South African, Sweden, Netherlands, Denmark

Registered Air Mail (with tracking)
This option takes the same amount of time as Air Mail, but for a small amount more, allows your package to be tracked. It requires the recipient to sign off for the package. This is highly recommended for countries who have stricter customs (i.e. some Asian and South American countries, etc.).

ePacket (only available for some countries)
This is available only for certain countries and includes tracking at a price lower than Registered Air Mail. However, it will only deliver to your mail box, so it does not require you to sign off for the delivery. Shipping time is approximately 2 weeks, depending on where in the world you live.

Speedpost
If you place a larger order, this will be your only shipping option. It is a registered service that comes with tracking. Shipping time is 5-14 working days.

*Standard Shipping
For our friends in the US and Canada, we have a fulfilment warehouse in the US that fulfils your orders, so that they arrive much faster for you! Standard shipping is the cheapest option, takes about 1-2 weeks and is also tracked

Sometimes, you might experience delays in receiving your cards. This might be due to your order being stuck at your local customs office - it might happen especially if you live in a country that isn't so accepting of playing cards.

Please give a few extra days for your order to clear customs. If you do not receive your order more than 1 week after it is due to have arrived, please send us an email at admin@thenewdeckorder.com.

EU Import Tax

Since the start of the EU member countries' new import regulations, some EU member countries' customs are more strict with the import clearance.

The customs may reject shipment entry if

  • they deem the customs declaration as insufficient
  • suspicious value declaration, i.e. under declaration

The assessment depends on individual customs officer, and is beyond postal administration influence. You may experience packages with same declaration that was delivered successfully but also at times entry rejected by the customs. Any customs rejection is final as assessed by the customs officer and beyond postal administration control.
