Q: Can Jaspas sign a deck for me?
A: Sure! Just leave a note in your order and we'll do it for you. Please note that this is only available for orders fulfilled from Singapore, and not by our US fulfilment warehouse.

Q: I placed an order yesterday, how will I know when it's been shipped?
A: Orders are shipped every Monday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Q: It's been a long time and I still haven't received my order! I think it might be lost in the mail.
A: If still you haven't received your order 2 weeks after it should have arrived, please send us an email at admin@thenewdeckorder.com and we'll help you out!
