While there is a massive amount of material available on the internet to learn Cardistry, most of these tutorials are scattered all over the place. It’s difficult to find tutorials that suit your skill level, and often you spend more time searching for a move that you’re able to learn, than actually learning the moves themselves.
Welcome to School of Cardistry, a centralized and structured platform for absolute beginners to pick up the wonderful art of Cardistry. Ever played a game with skill trees before? Ones where you start with a basic skill and as you level up, you unlock new skills? That’s exactly what School of Cardistry is like.
Tutorial videos start with links to prerequisite moves that you should know before learning that particular move, and end with links to new moves that build on the ones you have just learnt. Already know the prerequisite? Great. Proceed with the tutorial and learn a new move! If you don’t, not to worry. Just follow the link to learn the prerequisite move. This systematic and progressive learning method ensures that you can grasp the moves in the shortest time possible, making the learning curve for Cardistry much easier to overcome.
Videos are kept short, with clear verbal instructions to guide you through. There are performance videos to showcase how the various moves that you have learnt can be put together.

At the end of 2014, we released the School of Cardistry deck, a deck of cards made for the purpose of card flourishing only. We recognized the limitations of regular playing cards for Cardistry, in terms of face design and functionality.
These cards are sturdy enough to be used heavily, but also soft enough to allow practicing over an extended period of time. Both the faces and backs can be used to form beautiful and neat displays. Simple moves like basic fans, spreads and twirls look more impressive due to the design of the face cards.
